President of India, Pranab Mukherjee conferring Rashtrapati Puraskar to Akshay Sharma of Lawrence Public School, Jammu at a ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi. Akshay Sharma got selected among other J&K Bharat Scouts and Guides after qualifying the eligibility test conducted last year at New Delhi. This is the highest award given to Scouts and Guides by the President of India.
