JKESL delegation meets DDC Samba

SAMBA, Feb 18: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Ex-Services League (JKESL) led by its president Major General Goverdhan Singh Jamwal, called on DDC Samba, Sheetal Nanda.
The delegation raised the long pending issue of unduly delayed process of land acquisition for the Fauji Residential Colony being established as Rajinder Vihar in Village Patti, Samba.
DDC had a detailed examination of the intricacies and related hang ups. In a positive note the DDC assured all help to the JKESL and that speedy action will be taken to hand over the 1052 kanals of land that is free from encumbrances. Action will also be taken to resolve other issue to expedite the process.
The delegation comprised of Officer In charge Rajinder Vihar Colonel KS Jamwal, senior Advisor, Colonel (Dr) Virendra K Sahi, Colonel SA Qureshi, FH Javed, Ex Asstt Commissioner Revenue, revenue and ex-service officers of the JKESL.
