JAMMU, Feb 21: Pratap World School, Pathankot became the only School in India to display four beautiful dances in the closing ceremony of the recently concluded 35th National Gamers at Thrivanthapuram in Kerala.
The students aging 9 to 15 years presented dances in Rajasthani (Chirmi), Punjabi (Gidha), Himachali (Kulvi), which enthralled the audience all and sundry.
The dances they performed before a galaxy of dignitaries including Govewrnor Kerala, Justice P Sathasivasm as the chief guest were telecast on DD National and DD Sports Channels, which was a proud moment for the School.
Chairman of the School, Surjit Mahajan, Secretary Vishal Mahajan, Joint secretary, Sunny Mhajan and Principal, Shubra lauded the efforts of their students and their teachers for this achievement.
