JKCTEA deputation meets CT Commissioner

JAMMU, Feb 23: A deputation of J&K Commercial Taxes Employees Association (JKCTEA) headed by its president, Nazir Ahmed Bhat and under the chairmanship of Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, State president, Employees Joint Action Committee (K) today met Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (CT), J&K Government, Zafar Ahmad Bhat and put forward various issues of employees of the department.
The deputation discussed in detailed the problems being faced by the employees of the department regarding pay anomalies and recruitment rules.
Thread bare discussions were held on pay anomalies, pending DPCs and parities in recruitment, promotional and suspension rules.
The Commissioner assured the deputation that every demand of the employees will be heeded upon and sympathetic consideration will be given to the problems they are facing.
Balvinder Singh, provincial president, EJAC (K), Jammu, Darminder Singh, Ravi Singh Bahu and Harvinder Singh, general secretary of JKCTEA were also part of the deputation.
Meanwhile, EJAC (K) held a meeting under the chairmanship of Mushtaq Ahmad Khan wherein Nazir Ahmed Bhat was nominated as vice-president of EJAC (K), Jammu.
