JAMMU, Feb 23: General secretary of BJP and MLA Raipur-Domana, Bali Bhagat today assured that new dispensation in Jammu and Kashmir would solve day today problems of the people on priority basis. He said that a comprehensive and wide range blue-print would be formulated to solve all problems of the people.
Interacting with cross sections of the people after conducting day long tour along with senior officers of the Irrigation and Flood Control Department, Bali Bhagat said that he was committed to solve all problems of the people. He further said that irrigation facilities would be accelerated in the Raipur-Domana Assembly Segment.
Earlier Bali Bhagat convened a meeting of the senior officers of the Flood Control and Irrigation Department at base camp of Ranjan canal.
All the three concerned executive engineers briefed MLA about the details of Ranjan Canal. Mr Bhagat also inspected all the bridges over Ranbir Canal right from Plaoura BSF camp to last irrigation head upto the last end of Raipur-Domana constituency.
While inspecting all the seven lift irrigation schemes failing in his constituency along with Akhnoor road, MLA gave on-spot directions to the officers to prepare detailed projects of all the bridges for construction and upgradation of some bridges along with provisions of separate foot-path at right and life side of all the bridges.
