KATRA, Feb 25: RailYatri today launched the 1st pan-India app for local train commuters, covering local trains at the top 11 locations, including Katra, all across India. The app shows at any time the next local train to the traveler’s home/office.
With this, RailYatri app has the largest network of trains covering all local and national trains. With the launch of ‘Local Trains’, users can get information about more than 13000 local + long distance trains within one app.
Manish Rathi, co-founder and CEO, RailYatri.in says, “Despite the fact that between 28% and 35% population in every metro city commutes by local trains, not much attention has been paid towards this mode of transport. Hence, we decided to bridge the gap and make local train commuters’ lives simpler.” He further adds, “Today’s train traveler is evolved and doesn’t want to be bothered with too many apps. With local trains too, RailYatri becomes the most comprehensive train app in India.”
RailYatri is the only app that covers local trains in Katra. ‘Local Trains’ feature allows the users to access information about all local trains in Katra. The network covers all major local stations in Katra till Jammu Tawi, Bharoli, Gandhi Nagar, Kathua, Bari Brahmana, Samba, Hira Nagar being the routes with major traffic.
