JAMMU, Feb 25: Government Gandhi Memorial Science College is all set to host 2nd National Symposium on Interdisciplinary Sciences NISS-II on February 27-28.
The aim of conducting this symposium is to bring students, scholars, researchers and scientific community on a single platform for exchange of ideas, knowledge, experience and trends. The event will enrich and broaden the area of knowledge about the scientific researches and developments that have taken place and to know how these developments have had an influence on the way we work and society in general.
According to Dr Satinder Singh, Principal of GGM Science College, the college in a way is providing a podium to the local institutions to interact with their counterparts from various parts of India as well as representatives from local universities for sharing and disseminating new ideas in the field of science and technology.
