JAMMU, Feb 26: The State Government today accorded sanction to the placement of six Section Officers of J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as Under Secretaries and consequent upon these promotions, ordered adjustment of these officers besides transfers and postings of seven others.
The promoted officers include Manzoor Ahmad Parray, Mohammad Ayub Dar, Abdul Rashid Parray, Phoola Raina, Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat and Mohammad Amin Shah.
On their promotion, Manzoor Ahmad Parray has been posted as Under Secretary Revenue Department while Mohammad Ayub Dar is posted as Under Secretary Public Service Commission.
Abdul Rashid Parray and Phoola Raina have been posted as Under Secretary Agriculture Production Department and Assistant Registrar GCET Jammu, respectively while Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat has been posted as Under Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Mohd Amin Shah as Under Secretary Finance Department.
Imteeaz Ahmad Kacho, Under Secretary, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Under Secretary GAD while Tahir Mustafa Malik, Under Secretary School Education Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary Health and Medical Education Department.
Subash Chander, Under Secretary Public Enterprises Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary CAPD while Manzoor Ahmad has been transferred as Under Secretary GAD and posted as Under Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department.
Raj Kumar Misri, Under Secretary Revenue Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary School Education Department while Arun Kumar has been transferred from the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and posted as Under Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department.
Bashir Ahmad Kumar, Under Secretary Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary Forest Department.
