UDHAMPUR, Feb 26: A young woman received critical burn injuries while cooking food at her make shift hut near D N Palace, here today.
She was identified as Babli Devi (23), wife of Kamlesh of Chhattisgarh, who was presently putting up at Udhampur along with her husband and working here as labourer. The victim was rushed to the Udhampur District Hospital where doctors referred her to GMC Hospital Jammu in view of her critical condition.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist was injured when his bike collided with another motorcycle on the Dhar road. The injured was identified as Mohd Tariq (26), son of Mohd Kasim of Chack in Udhampur.
