JAMMU, Feb 28: Under the guidance of Union Ministry of External Affairs, a workshop on Citizen Service, Quality Management and IT Security was held today in the office premises of Regional Passport Officer, Jammu.
In addition to imparting the training about Citizen Service, Quality Management and IT Security, a lecture on motivation for job towards the customer related service was also delivered by Brig JS Rajpurohit.
It is pertinent to mention here that during the workshop, the participants were inspired to appreciate and recognize the autonomy of work. It was pledged to gain prestige in the organization so that a stability and security of job could be ensured for larger interest of the Nation.
It was exhorted upon the participants to render their service with a sense of Seva and Smile. Rajinder Gupta, Regional Passport Officer, having been trained by National Institute of Smart Governance at Hyderabad and Slovenia, imparted training on Citizen Service, Quality Management and IT Security.
The employees were also imparted training on ISO procedure by CSM, Ritu Sharma of Passport Seva Kendra.
