DODA, Feb 28: Army jawan committed suicide by shooting himself with his service weapon in Sundha area of the district.
As per police sources, Army jawan posted with 26 RR stationed at Sundha identified as Sandeep Kumar Yadav, son of Ram Avtar Yadav, a resident of Haryana committed suicide by shooting himself with his service weapon early this morning.
After hearing gun-shot, his colleagues rushed to the spot and shifted him to nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him as brought dead.
The body has been dispatched to his native place after completing legal formalities.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
