JAMMU, Feb 28: A woman today made an abortive attempt on her life by consuming some poisonous substance at her residence at RS Pura.
According to a police spokesperson, the woman identified as Dalbir Kour wife of Subhash Chander, a resident of Raipur Fagata in RS Pura allegedly consumed some poisonous substance following which she was shifted to Government Hospital in RS Pura. However, in view of her serious condition, the doctors referred her to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
