JAMMU, Mar 3: With one more patient today testing positive for dreaded swine flu, the total number of swine flu patients in Jammu division has reached to 28.
A total of 28 people were tested positive since the outbreak of this disease in the Jammu region while results of 112 more tests are awaited, Director Health, Jammu, Dr BS Pathania said.
Dr Pathania informed that a total of seven reports were received by the department from New Delhi out of which one found to be positive for H1N1 while six other were negative.
He disclosed that the inflow of suspected swine flu patients to Government Medical College and Hospital and SMGS hospital has considerably decreased during the last couple of days, which can be witnessed from the fact that only two reports were sent today to New Delhi for testing.
