JAMMU, Mar 4: Governor N N Vohra and Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed today greeted the people on Holi and hoped that the festival of colours would be a harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
In his message of felicitations, the Governor observed that the celebration of festivals, an important part of our rich cultural heritage, strengthens the bonds of brotherhood, love and amity. He expressed the hope that this Festival would spread happiness and joy all around and further promote harmony and brotherhood.
Wishing a happy Holi to the people, the Governor prayed for their well-being and prosperity.
In a felicitation message, the Chief Minister expressed hope that the festival of colours brings peace, prosperity and strengthens our bonds of communal harmony and love for each other.
