JAMMU :  Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader Praveen Togadia  today asked Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed  to apologise for crediting Pakistan, Hurriyat and militants with peaceful conduct of Assembly polls in the state.    Addressing a ‘vishal sammelan’ in Jammu, Dr Togadia also demanded re-arrest of separatist leader Masrat Alam, who was freed yesterday on the directive of Mr Sayeed.    Article 370, the firebrand VHP leader said, has to go from the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
