JAMMU, Mar 11: In a revision petition filed by KAS officer Riaz Ahmed Choudhary, who was allegedly slapped by ex-MoS Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, seeking setting aside the order passed by Munsiff Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishtwar whereby proceedings in the case were closed, High Court today issued notice to SHO Kishtwar and Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo returnable within four weeks.
After hearing Advocate ZN Sheikh appearing for the petitioner, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal called the record of File No.12/Ikhtatami whereby the Trial Court accepted the Final Report No.43/ 2013 in FIR No.161/2013 and closed the proceedings.
