Four injured in road accidents

JAMMU, Mar 18: Four persons were injured in separate road mishaps in city and its outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, two bike-borne youth were injured when the bike they were riding on was hit by a car at Canal Road. The injured were identified as Shakeel (24) son of Mohd Rafiq, a resident of Mendhar and Mohinder Pal (32) son of Bishan Dass, a resident of Jhiri.
A biker also received injuries when a car hit his bike at Sidhra area of city outskirts. The injured was identified as Alam Din (26), a resident of Sidhra.
A pedestrian identified as Jan Mohd (22) son of Bashir Ahmed, a resident of Srinagar also suffered injuries when while crossing a road at Bantalab near Chinore, he was hit by a Tata Mobile.
All the injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for treatment.
In all the cases, the concerned police have also taken cognizance.
