JAMMU, Mar 23: The Directorate of Prosecution, Central Bureau of Investigation, has appointed Advocate Monika Kohli as Retainer Counsel of CBI in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court at Jammu for a period of three years.
A professional with over 15 years of functional experience in legal and paralegal sectors and administration of law, Advocate Monika started her practice as an Associate Lawyer in Supreme Court in the year 1999.
She was appointed as Government Advocate on the panel of Advocate General of J&K in the year 2003. Advocate Monika has remained counsel for Food Corporation of India (FCI), State Bank of India and Jammu Development authority ( JDA).
She has also been imparting practical training and teaching to the scholars of Law Department Jammu University and Dogra Law College as a guest faculty.
