JAMMU, Mar 23: Sub Registrar Jammu, Khem Raj Sharma today rejected the bail application of one Paramjeet Singh, who was booked by the Crime Branch for securing Physical Education Teacher job on fake documents.
After hearing Prosecuting Officer Yogesh Nagpal, Sub-Registrar observed, “the case is at initial stage and in the present set of circumstances it cannot be ruled out that custodial investigation of the accused person is required for its logical conclusions”.
With these observations, court dismissed the application.
