Fraudulent calls

Sir,
It is regarding the fraudulent calls which are being made to tier 2 and tier 3 cities, particularly, Jammu region where caller identifies himself as a bank representative and asks for confidential numbers or pin number as otherwise bank account of receiver  will be closed. Now, that we know we are not a majority literate state hence fall prey to such fraudsters. Government agencies from time to time have made their effort to let people know about such incidents but not enough is being done. Hence, I urge Bank associations and as well as Govt agencies to tackle this concern on bigger scale as it is also a form of service to society.  Now, if the person falls prey to such fraudsters no legal way is there to get that money back and within matter of seconds these people transfer money to their international accounts which is hard to track even for RBI.
Lastly, I would again urge Govt and Bank associations to educate general public on a broad scale so that better to be safe than sorry.
Yours etc…
