JAMMU, Mar 25: Governor N.N. Vohra, who is the President of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) – J&K State Branch, has extended the tenure of Honorary General Secretary IRCS, Roma Wani, for a further period of one year with effect from March 11, 2015.
