DODA, Mar 25: District Information Centre Doda yesterday organized an Inter class Secondary level quiz and painting competition at New Light High School Bhalla.
The quiz competition was of general nature covering the topics from General Awareness, General science and current affairs and the painting competition was organized on “Save the Mother Earth”.
Six teams participated in the quiz competition, while in the painting competition out of 10 students Sehreen of class 8th won the first prize while the second and third prize was bagged by Anshu Sharma of class 8th and Vikram singh of class 10th respectively.
Principal New light High School Bhalla Mol Raj Sharma ,staff of the institution ,students among others witnessed the competitions.
Principal of the host institution thanked District Information Centre for organizing the quiz competition and painting competition and hoped for the conduct for such functions in future also.
