JAMMU, Mar 28: Government has declared state mourning on March 29 as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew.
As per a Government order, the National and the State Flag will fly at half-mast during the State mourning on all buildings and places where these are flown and there will be no official entertainment.
