JAMMU, Apr 1: In partial modification of the recent Government order, Vinod Koul, who was awaiting orders for adjustment in the General Administrative Department (GAD) was today posted as Commissioner Secretary to Government ARI & Trainings Department.
An order to this effect was issued by General Administrative Department here today.
As per the order Tushar Kanti Sharma shall continue with his posting as Member, J&K Special Tribunal.
