UDHAMPUR, Apr 6: In order to take stock of multifaceted problems and demands of the people, the District Development Commissioner (DDC), Udhampur Yasha Mudgal and DDC Samba, Sheetal Nanda convened a joint public grievance redressal camp at Mansar in Udhampur district, here today.
On spot directions were issued for time bound redressal of various problems and demands put forth by the inhabitants and representatives of the area in the camp.
After giving patient hearing to the problems and demands of the representatives of the area, both the DDCs gave assurances to the people that their genuine demands will be projected to the higher authorities for early redressal.
The camp was attended by ACR Udhampur Rajeev Magotra, ACR Samba Sonu Pargal, ACD Udhampur Pawan Parihar, Tehsildar Majalta Amir Choudhary, senior officers of various departments and a large number of people including prominent citizens, Sarpanchs and panches of the area.
