JAMMU, Apr 6: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Society for Hemophilia Care seeking direction to State for release of funds to the GMC Jammu and Srinagar on regular basis to keep ready hemophilia drugs for the treatment of Hemophilia patients, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today issued notice to the State through Commissioner Secretary Health.
After hearing Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat for the PIL, DB directed the Commissioner Secretary Health to file response.
