JAMMU, Apr 9: J&K Govt Employees and Workers Joint Action Committee- R (EWJAC) has demanded removal of pay anomalies and increase of medical allowance.
In a meeting of the committee held here under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain, the members discussed their pending demands. They demanded removal of pay anomalies of the clerical cadre, release of pending 6 % DA, increase Medical allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 2000 per month, dislocation allowance and regularization of daily rated works besides special funds for clearance of GP Fund claims of the employees and pensioners.
K A Dewani, Bharat Bhushan, Yashpal Sharma, Parshotam Sharma and Nazir Ahmed were also present.
