JAMMU, Apr 10: Former State president and senior leader of Bahujan Samaj Party, Tulsi Dass Langeh took serious note of the way/system for appointment of Standing Council Advocate (SCA) with pick and choose policy, today.
Langeh said that in order to bring transparency in appointing the Standing Council Advocates for the State and Central Government Departments, the State Government should constitute a board on the pattern of UPSC/SSRB for selection/ appointment of Standing Council Advocates for State and Central departments so that senior and deserving Advocates could get the chance for providing better services to Departments.
