KATHUA, Apr 10: A man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a Guava tree at his residence in Shiva Nagar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Kathua Police Station.
As per police sources, Bahari Lal (57), son of Jalla Ram, a resident of Shiva Nagar allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a Guava tree at his residence.
On getting information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to District Hospital Kathua, and now his body is kept in mortuary, when last reports came in.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started to ascertain the reasons behind such extreme step.
