SRINAGAR, Apr 12 : People’s Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti today nominated Jatinder Bhat as State secretary of the Party. He has also been assigned the responsibility of party office Jammu.
This was disclosed here in a statement today by a party spokesman.
