Release salary

Sir,
People of J&K voted for a change and welcomed the formation of a new Government in J&K. People were very hopeful that this Government would end their miseries and work for their betterment/development but so far the condition of the common man has worsened . For the first time in the history of the State, the grants were released under various heads and the Bills amounting of crores of rupees of different departments were passed in the treasuries in the month of March but the amount (money) was not transferred to the treasuries w.e.f 22.03.2015 to this day. This has lead to non release of pending salaries of its own employees and other developmental bills. The PDP-BJP Government is reacting like a deaf and dumb over the whole issue. Even the salary for the month of March 2015 which is being released without grant/budget has not been paid as the treasuries remain dry. This is the month of the year in which the employees need their salaries most for admissions of their wards to higher classes. Due to this the employees face harassment.
The worst affected people are the teachers/Masters (repatriated), Class IV employees and Medical College Employees (under Plan schemes) particularly the masters (repatriated) who have not been paid their salaries since January this year.
We hope that the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister intervene as early as possible to solve this financial crisis so that the employees get their wards admitted to next higher classes. If the Government is unable to pay the dues of its employees, how will they work for the betterment of society. The Government should wake from its sleep before its too late.
Yous etc…
