JAMMU, Apr 17: The students of ‘Law School’ visited Model Police Station, Gandhinagar, Jammu, to get oriented with police administrative system.
The students interacted with the SHO Police Station (PS) Gandhinagar, Inspector Paramjeet Singh, who briefed the students about the procedures for filing FIR and also about the manner in which investigations are conducted and challans are presented in the court of law.
The students were made to take a round of the premises so as to gain an insight into the working of police which is the basic unit of criminal administration.
Dr Sanjay Gupta, Director, Law School, Dr Monica Narang and Rajneesh Khajuria accompanied the students during the visit.
