JAMMU, Apr 21: The students of The Law School today visited district court complex here at Janipur in order to acquaint with the practical aspects of law through court proceedings.
The students attended the courts of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge RS Jain, first Additional District Judge, MS Parihar, 2nd Additional District Judge, MK Sharma and Additional District Judge (matrimonial cases), Sham Lal Lalhal.
Both civil and criminal proceedings were witnessed by the students wherein the students had a first-hand information of the court procedures including the conduct of trials and applicability of laws in the courts.
Faculty members who accompanied the students were Rajneesh Khajuria, Divya Gupta and Trishi Gupta.
