3 injured in road mishaps

REASI, Apr 21: Two labourers were injured when a loaded Tipper rolled down in a nallah at Thandapani. Near Pouni, while a motorcyclist was hit by a car in separate road accident, here today.
The Tipper, bearing registration number JK11-8131, was on way from Reasi to Moghla when it met with the accident. Driver of the Tipper managed to jump out of vehicle before it rolled down. However, the two labourers sitting inside, could not do the same and sustained critical injuries in the accident.
The injured, identified as Ajay Partap Singh, son of Gandarb Singh of Moghla and Raghbir Singh, son of Late Tirth Singh of Moghla, have been admitted at PHC Pouni for treatment.
In a separate accident, a Motorcyclist namely Sanjay Sharma, son of Om Prakash of Zero Morh Reasi, was hit by a Santro car JK14A- 0555 near Neeelkanth Hotel, Jammu-Katra road. The injured has been shifted to CHC Katra for treatment.
Meanwhile, an unidentified male body of a Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrim was found this evening at Saanjhi Chhat on way to the holy Shrine. The body was shifted to Katra hospital for postmortem and identification.
In a separate case, a driver was found dead inside the bus, parked at Katra Bus Stand, early this morning. The deceased was identified as Gurnam Singh (67), son of Billa Singh of Patmajra Patiyalaa, Punjab. He was found dead in bus PB11BF-8415 and had apparently died of heart attack.
