JAMMU: A delegation of National Conference led by Mr. A.R. Rather, former Finance Minister, and comprising Mr. Devender Singh Rana, MLA Nagrota; Mr. Javed Ahmad Rana, MLA Mendhar; Dr. Kamal Arora, MLA Bishnah; Mr. Surjeet Singh Salathia, former Minister; Mr. Rashpal Singh, former MLA; Thakur Kashmir Singh, former MLA; Mr. Rattan Lal Gupta; and Sheikh Bashir, former MLC; called on Mr. N.N. Vohra, Governor here at the Raj Bhavan today.
The NC delegation presented a Memorandum to the Governor and apprised him about their Party’s views and serious opposition to the New Recruitment Policy recently announced by the State Government.
