JAMMU, Apr 24: The Health Ministry has kept 25 % of the total seats sanctioned in various AMT and ANMT Schools of the State reserved for the ASHA workers.
An officials spokesman said that in partial modification to the Govt order No. 493-HME of 2001dated 17-7-2001 and Govt order No. 164-HME of 2007 dated 16-3-2007, it has been ordered that 25 % of the total seats sanctioned for various courses in AMT and ANMT Schools of the State, will remain reserved for ASHA workers who have rendered five years service and also possess the required qualification for the specific course.
