BHADERWAH, Apr 26: Two persons got killed, when the Alto car they were traveling in skidded off the road and rolled down into gorge in Kotli area here.
The ill-fated Alto car bearing registration number JK19-3204 was on its way from Seri Bazaar to Dandi, when the driver lost control over the vehicle and it plunged into gorge near Kotli.
On getting information, police and locals rushed to the spot and shifted the occupants of the car to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Bhaderwah, where doctors pronounced them as brought dead.
The deceased have been identified as Ankush Kotwal (27), son of Surinder Kotwal and Vikas Kotwal (28), son of Krishan Kumar, both residents of Dandi, Bhaderwah.
The bodies of the deceased were handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
A case in this regard has been registered at concerned police station and investigation started.
