Review of Recruitment policy

II
Sir,
The new recruitment policy has dashed the hopes of enthusiastic talented unemployed youth, who burn midnight oil to achieve degrees in the field of medicine, engineering, teaching and other professions with an aim to get absorbed in Govt service  to the ground. Their high hopes have turned into despair and the new recruitment policy is a bolt from the blue as they have to work on contractual basis for 7 years, till their performance is evaluated. It shall prove quite detrimental for the youth and again lead to corruption, favourtism and nepotism as these youngmen with zeal and zest have again to be at the beck and call of their losses despite good performance and those lucky ones, who are the favourites of blue eyed high ups of the administration shall have no apprehensions about their regularisation.
The talented youth shall feel disenchanted for a long wait and shall live under the constant shadow of fear, whether they shall be regularized even after showing better performance in their respective departments.
The other lacuna of this policy is that it shall lead to brain drain as the cream among the youth shall prefer to go outside the state thus leading to a great loss of human resource.
It is prayed that the new recruitment  may be relaxed and youth may be selected on regular basis after a probation period of two years to avoid unnecessary confrontation with them, the pillars of future prosperity and to remove their apprehensions of regularisation.
Yours etc…

Sir,
With all its loopholes, the new recruitment policy suits meritorious candidates who would often get raw deal during selection process. It is hoped that candidates who have passed NET, SLET will harvest the labour of their hard work.
It is requested to the Government to revisit the policy again by carrying  out necessary amendments for the sake of the youth of the State.
Yours etc…
