SRINAGAR, Apr 28 : Mohammad Yousuf Shah, former chairman Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Bank and father in law of Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, Minister for Public Works, Floriculture and Gardens & Parks passed away this evening at his residence in Baghat Barzulla. He was 84.
According to the family sources, Nimaz-e-Jinaza of the deceased will be held at Jamia Masjid Government Housing Colony Sanantnagar Rawalpora at 10: 30 AM tomorrow.
The deceased was also father in law of noted lawyer Arshad Andrabi and Deputy Superintendent of Police Feroze Qadri.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister has expressed grief over the death of Mohammad Yousuf Shah.
In his condolence message, Mufti Sayeed paid rich tributes to the deceased and described him as a noble soul who was well-known in the social circles for his kind heartedness.
The Chief Minister expressed sympathies with Syed Altaf Bukhari and other members of the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
