JAMMU, Apr 29: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Legislators today called on Deputy Chief Minister Telangana, Mohammad Mahmud Ali at Hyderabad.
Legislators Dr Shehnaz Ganai, Javid Baig, Ishfaq Sheikh & Shakti Parihar met the Dy CM and congratulated him on formation of new State of Telangana.
They said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir will welcome the tourists from Telangana with open hearts. They informed the Telangana Dy CM about the hospitality of the people of J&K for which the State is known worldover. They expressed hope that more and more tourists from Telangana will visit the State during summers and enjoy the splendid nature of the state.
Highlighting the tourism potential of the Jammu and Kashmir, the legislators said that the state is bestowed with splendid natural beauty and have many tourist destinations offering a blend of nature, adventure, sports and health tourism.
On the occasion, legislators presented a pashmina shawl to the Deputy Chief Minister as a mark of good will gesture.
