JAMMU, Apr 30: The dead body of an elderly man was recovered today in mysterious circumstances here from Nehru Market.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of a male aged about 65 years was found this morning under a stationary bus at Nehru Market. He said that the man had no injury marks and nothing suspicious was found from the spot.
On getting information, Nehru Market police immediately reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, for identification and post mortem. The deceased was later identified as Amarjeet Singh son of Bawa Singh, a resident of Valmiki Colony.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigations.
