The new Recruitment policy will benefit only those candidates who have obtained degrees from out side the State. Those candidates who pass from the State Universities do not get a good percentage of marks. With the result, these candidates may not figure in merit list while making selections. The candidates coming out of colleges may now flock to the Universities outside the State to get degrees. This will eventually hit competition in the State Universities. It is expected that new recruitment policy will be revisited for the sake of students.
