Tributes paid to Babu Parmanand

JAMMU, Aug 10: Bhartiya Dalit Sahitya Academy (BDSA) paid tributes to Babu Parmanand on his 80th birth anniversary.
During the meeting, floral tributes were paid to Babu Pramanand and other Dalit leaders by the gathering.
Five scholarships to the meritorious and poor students were given by Gagan Jyoti from the family of Babu Parmanand.
Vice president of the academy, secretary Vijay Bhagat, SD Bhagat, Desh Raj, RK Kalsotra, etc were present on the occasion.
