MLA Bhaderwah holds public grievance redressal camp

DODA, May 7 : To redress the grievances of the people at their doorsteps MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar along with Deputy Commissioner Bhupinder Kumar toured Bhallara and Puneja areas and held public grievances redressal camps.
PRIs and prominent citizens of the areas apprised the MLA of their demands regarding construction of   Puneja – Bhallara Road, shortage of staff in the schools, supply of safe drinking water, health facilities and availability of the ration in the food stores. MLA gave patient hearing to the demands of the people and directed the concerned officers to take adequate steps to mitigate the problems of the people.
Taking note of the demand of the people to start the stalled work on Puneja -Bhallara Road, which was held up for want of forest clearance. The MLA toop up the issue with the concerned departments.
Enroute MLA and DDC inspected various schools and checked the quality of food served to the students during mid day meal at Government High School Puneja and Bhallara. They directed the Headmasters to take steps for improving the quality of the food served to the students besides stressed on maintaining hygiene. They also asked the teachers to inculcate good habit among the students. Various ongoing works in the areas were also inspected by them during the tour.
SDM Thathri, DFO Bhaderwah, XEn R&B Bhaderwah, XEn PMGSY  and other officers of district administration accompanied the MLA During the tour.
