RAMBAN, May 7: Ind police arrested a bootlegger and destroyed 68 litres of illicit liquor in village Chachua Mora Sungni.
As per police sources, police team from Ind police post conducted a raid in Village Chachua Mora Sungni.
During the raid, police team destroyed 68 litres of illicit liquor and arrested the person, who was engaged in making liquor.
The accused has been identified as Roop Chand, son of Mir Chand of village Chachua Mora Sungni.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Ind police post and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge police post Ind ASI Latief Ahmed made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Gool, DySP Operations Gool Vipan Chanderan and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar.
