DB directs State to file fresh status report

JAMMU, May 11: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by one Ganesh Sharma seeking construction of District Court Complex in Samba, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Hasnain Massodi and Justice Janak Raj Kotwal today directed the State to file fresh comprehensive status report.
“The concern expressed in the order dated 10.12.2014 regarding efficient road connectivity to the proposed court complex remains to be addressed by the respondents”, the DB observed.
Accordingly, DB directed the State to file fresh comprehensive and up-dated status report within four weeks.
