NEW DELHI, May 18:  Cardamom prices rose by Rs 5.50 to Rs 812 per kg in futures trade today as speculators created fresh positions, supported by rising demand in spot markets.
Further, restricted arrivals in the physical markets from producing regions supported the uptrend in cardamom futures.

Spice prices for the June contract was up by Rs 2.80, or 0.34 per cent, to Rs 820.90 per kg in a business volume of 194 lots.
