3 bovines rescued, driver held

JAMMU, May 18: Ramsoo police today rescued three bovine animals and arrested a driver.
As per police sources, police team from Ramsoo police station laid a naka and intercepted a Tata Magic auto bearing registration number JK19-1192.
During checking, police rescued 3 bovine animals and arrested the driver of the vehicle, who has been identified as Ishfaq Mazid, son of Abdul Mazid of Ashar, tehsil Banihal.
A case under FIR number 27/15 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered against him at police station Ramsoo and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Ramsoo police station Inspector Abdul Momin made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Banihal Mohammad Rafiq and SSP Ramban Randeep Kumar.
