Coalition partners lack coordination: ANC

JAMMU, May 18: Awami National Conference (ANC) has expressed serious concern over different voices emerging within PDP-BJP alliance yet again as the latter rejected Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s remark that the creation of an Artificial Lake in Jammu was not feasible, asserting that it was committed for the project’s completion.
ANC, provincial president, Gian Singh in a statement said that this “misinformation campaign” regarding the shelving of the Artificial Lake project in Jammu, should immediately be addressed as people of Jammu region have been waiting eagerly for the completion of this project.
Singh expressing disappointment over the statements said that the Artificial Lake was a dream project of the people of Jammu and that the Centre had assured its help in ironing out the technical problems. Singh further said that earlier also alliance partners PDP-BJP had spoken in different voices on composite townships for settlement of Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley.
