JAMMU, May 24: Jan Sampark Abhiyan of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was launched in the Jammu East constituency today by MLA Rajesh Gupta.
A large number of party activists along with the residents of the concerned areas participated in the event.
The programme was launched from ward number 2 and then taken to ward number 3, 4, 5 and 7.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking said that the BJP has become the largest political party in the world and its membership is more than that of the Communist Party of China.
Gupta said that the AIIMS would come up in Jammu and artificial lake project on Tawi River would be completed.
Among others present were Dileep Gupta, Shashi Sapolia, Rajinder, Raj Kumar Gupta, Ravi Gupta, etc.
